How to install
- Tap Download the Android app above (open this page in your phone's browser).
- When the download finishes, tap the file to open it.
- If your phone asks, allow Install unknown apps for your browser — this is a one-time setting.
- Tap Install. If Play Protect shows a notice, choose Install anyway — the app is the college's own and is not on the Play Store.
- Open SRMASC Helpdesk and sign in with the same username and password as the website.
iPhone / iPad
- Open helpdesk.srmasc.ac.in in Safari (not Chrome).
- Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- Open SRMASC Helpdesk from your home screen and sign in as usual. It opens full-screen like an app and has every option for your role.
What you can do in the app
- Raise and track tickets, reply, and act on them (assign, close, approve).
- Book halls, submit event approval requests, and fill in the event report, feedback and quiz.
- Get your alerts, edit your profile, change or reset your password.
